Newcastle Yoga Space offers a dynamic style of hatha yoga and meditation as well as pregnancy yoga and postnatal yoga classes in Newcastle and Warners Bay, NSW, Australia. 

All classes are taught by Lisa Stokx a qualified yoga teacher who has been practicing for over 20 years. Classes are suitable for beginners & intermediate students and those looking for a stronger practice in a traditional style.  Classes also provide a space for stress relief and relaxation

In a class at Newcastle Yoga Space, we work through physical postures combined with a focus on the breath to create a strong and flexible body, improve immune system function and reduce stress.  Each class caters to all levels of physical fitness and abilities from beginners to advanced, as you are guided through a series of postures.  Classes are fun yet challenging, and you will always be glad you made the effort to get to class.
